STATUS: Rockrose designated as developer.

Located on the northernmost end of the project, the seven residential dwellings in this section will form an idyllic community with a public elementary school and over seven acres of parks and open spaces.  Provisions have been made for ample retail space to serve the community’s needs. As with all stages of the project, the views of Manhattan are breathtaking, and the access from the subway - one stop from the east side of Manhattan, is superb.
