Gantry Plaza State Park at Queens West provides many recreational options for its visitors, including beautifully landscaped areas for lounging, sports facilities, and picnic areas. Gantry Plaza State Park is comprised of approximately 10 acres of public parkland. The park provides a public waterfront esplanade, grassy passive recreation areas, wetlands plantings, and a community garden area. Recreational facilities include basketball courts, children’s playgrounds, handball courts, a running track, and a fishing pier with its own cleaning table.
